For deadlines, please see calendar for details. We appreciate having applications in as early as possible to help us plan for selection. If you are past the deadline, please contact us to see if we are still accepting new applicants.

Provide two Youth Delegate References
- One from a current teacher
- One from an adult who knows your child in a non-school setting (coach, youth leader, family friend, etc.)
On Youth Delegate Reference Forms, fill in:
Child's name
Check Interchange box under "youth is applying for"
In box for "Please return form to", write:
CISV DC Interchange Selection Committee

Alternatively, they may email the reference to us by using our contact form. -
Provide two Interchange Family References
- These may be to friends, neighbors or co-workers, whoever you feel knows your family well.
- Provide the referees (persons providing your family references) with an envelope with the above address printed on it, so that they may send it directly to the CISV Interchange Application Chair. Referees must complete and mail reference forms to the Interchange Application Chair.
